Apple News: iTunes 10.6.1 released

After the conference of New iPad, the iTunes update to 10.6. The new version supports 1080p movies and TV shows playback, and some features improved on the basis of the original, such as the song matching, the art processing of record, download and playback etc. However, due to the iTunes 10.6 random crashes phenomenon, users complaints on the Apple support forums, Apple today iTunes for Mac/Win upgrade to 10.6.1.

About this update, Apple officially released it clear that:

*Fixes several issues that may cause iTunes to unexpectedly quit while playing videos, changing artwork size in Grid view, and syncing photos to devices.

*Addresses an issue where some iTunes interface elements are incorrectly described by VoiceOver and WindowEyes.

*Fixes a problem where iTunes may become unresponsive while syncing iPod nano or iPod shuffle.

*Resolves an ordering problem while browsing TV episodes in your iTunes library on Apple TV.

Mac/win users can visit Apple‘s official website to download iTunes 10.6.1, or directly through the Software Update to update.
