Rip DVDs and put them on Acer Iconia Tab A510

Featuring the latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS, the first quad-core chip tablet of  Acer’s. Iconia Tab A510 has been announced for the U.S. and Canada. Like most android tablets, It also has a 10.1-inch WXGA HD display with resolution of 1280×800, 12-Core GeForce NVIDIA GPU, 1GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage and a 5-megapixel rear camera with HD video capture along with a 1-megapixel front-facer. It also features an HDMI port, microSD slot and a 9800mAh battery, which according to Acer offers around 12 hours of battery performance with video playback.

Acer Iconia Tab A510 with the configuration of the most powerful android tablet at the present stage, but, which most attracted me is it’s 10.1-inch WXGA HD display and the 12 hours battery life for videos playback. I often go on a trip, during the journey, Iconia A510 is a good choice to kill time, meanwhile, watching movies on Iconia Tab A510 is my favorite. But, a problem still troubles me, i have lots of DVD collections, however, iconia tab a510 can’t play DVDs directly. How can i do it?

By googling for a long time, i find many DVD ripping software can help solving this problem. Which do best is the one named Pavtube DVD Ripper, It can handle almost all the DVD movies, like DVD discs, DVD iso or ifo image files. According to my tests, its conversion speed three times faster than other. So i select it.

2. When selecting output format for Iconia Tab A510, i prefer “Motorola Xoom H.264 video (*.mp4)”, though this profile is specially designed for Xoom, but also works well for iconia tab a510.

3. This Iconia tab A510 DVD Ripper has a “Settings” option, which allows you to custom your videos, like adjust resolution, bitrate, sample rate, codec and more.

4. You can choose your liked language and subtitle if the movie has multiple subtitles and language.
