Motorola Droid 3 will have a 4-inch qHD resolution (540 × 960 pixels) capacitive touch screen, this phone is the sliding QWERTY full keyboard design with five rows of keys, hence, have a completely independent digital keys and direction keys. Motorola Droid 3 will be powered by NVIDIA Tegra 2 Duo processor or TI OMAP 4430 dual-core processor.
